Trying to get Etsy to work for me

I signed up for an Etsy account last summer. I have tried to sell some things without any success. I guess I can read their 30 page online help book. It seems a bit overwhelming right now. So, I am doing little bits at a time.

Will that help? I will let you know. I will share my failures and successes with you. Maybe at some point I have have some helpful advice.

Bird Day!

It has been a fun and exciting day drawing birds with all the kids. I will be posting pictures of some of their work soon.

For right now I think I will have to take a nap counting birds.

P.S. I am still working on draw a cat day.

Hello,

My first blog. I was not sure who would want to blog with me, but I will share my ideas and things I learn here. Maybe I can share some beneficial information and others will teach me things I don’t know.

Oh, where to start. Well maybe talking about tomorrow. April 8th is “Draw a Bird Day.” One of my students informed me of this and told me that it has an official website. I am so excited about this, I love to draw birds. They bring so much happiness. Tomorrow I am planning a small lesson for my daughter’s kindergarten class in the morning. I will have my high school classes in the afternoon. My student’s started to make drawings today. I am hoping by the end of school I will have enough birds from my high school classes to hang a little exhibit on the front wall of our gallery. I will post pictures tomorrow.
